What to Expect
We want all of our patients to feel as though they are a part of our orthodontic family. Each time you visit us, you will be greeted by our warm and friendly staff. During your initial consultation we reserve a full hour in order to get to know you and your family, complete a comprehensive diagnosis, and educate you on the variety of treatment options available. It is our goal to provide high quality care in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Insurance & Fees
Initial Consultation
Ready to invest in a beautiful smile for yourself or a loved one? Scheduling an initial consultation is the first step. During this visit we will take orthodontic records (Photographs & X-Rays), one of our doctors will complete a comprehensive orthodontic evaluation, and we will take time to review the treatment options available to you.
Photographs & X-Rays
When you arrive for your consultation, we will begin by taking a complimentary panoramic X-Ray and photographs of your teeth. These records not only assist our doctors in completing their comprehensive evaluation, they also make it easy for you to see the current positioning of your teeth and understand our treatment goals.
Examination
Every new patient in our office receives a comprehensive examination completed by one of our experienced doctors. During the examination, we take a detailed measurements of the positions of your teeth in order to develop an individualized treatment plan.
Case Presentation
We believe that education is central to achieving the best possible treatment outcomes for our patients. Often there are multiple ways for us to achieve our desired outcomes, and we believe the person most qualified to choose between them is you! Through our digital case presentations, the centerpiece of our new patient exams, we illustrate the differences between each treatment option. We welcome you and your family to ask questions so that you can select the plan that you feel will best fit your lifestyle.
Once you provide your insurance information to us, we take care of verifying your eligibility and coverage in order to maximize your full orthodontic benefit. Fees can vary based upon a number of factors. We accept most insurances.
